Louie came into our lives 15 years ago. He was our latest rescued kitty. He loved both my wife and me. However, I became his person and our relationship became very close. If I was in the house he was by my side. If I went to my shop, he would wait for me to return in the window. He often joined and helped me when I worked out. If I was in my recliner or office chair Louie would walk up my chest, no claws knowing I would catch him. He would place his head on my neck. He stayed there and nuzzled me as long as we both enjoyed it. Louie slept by my side and when he thought it was time for me to wake up, he would come up and lay across my neck, purr, and nuzzle me awake. No better way to start your day. He will be truly missed and loved always. Until we meet again, stay with our family, and enjoy their company until we are all together once again.
